The client set out to modernize the learning experience for pre-medical students preparing for competitive entrance exams. When developing this e-learning platform, our team followed an agile methodology to ensure maximum efficiency and adaptability to change.

  1. Business analysis. To start the project, the team conducted an in-depth business analysis. Our experts met with key stakeholders from the client company to gain an understanding of their vision and goals for the e-learning platform. Through discussions and a review of their business documents, we identified the main pain points in their current system and areas for improvement.

  2. Project management. We started by outlining key features and a roadmap to bring the platform to life. Then, we broke down the project into smaller, more manageable chunks to keep everyone on the same page about priorities and progress. Daily stand-up meetings kept all teams synced up.

  3. Mobile development. Our mobile engineers built the iOS and Android apps to provide the best user experience on each platform. They worked closely with designers to bring the UI to life and ensured that the mobile and web experiences were cohesive.

    AI-assisted text response analysis, enabling students to practice open-ended written scenarios with automated insights into reasoning, communication, and decision-making.

  6. DevOps. To facilitate continuous integration and deployment, our DevOps team set up a pipeline to automate builds, tests, and releases. This allowed us to ship updates frequently while maintaining high quality. They also monitored the platform and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.

  7. Quality assurance. We created a test plan and strategy to ensure everything was thoroughly tested. We also adopted a pixel-perfect approach. Before releasing any new features to users, we conducted manual testing. Additionally, QA engineers conducted automation testing to identify any unexpected issues. Their feedback helped enhance both the product and our internal processes.

  8. AQA. To ensure the quality of the project, the QA team developed automated tests, allowing the QA engineers to build automated testing for the web and mobile apps. By automating the repetitive manual test cases, the QA team could focus their efforts on testing new features and identifying edge cases.
