Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, strong knowledge of JavaScript;
  • Experience with React, TanStack Query, Vite;
  • Experience with Antd, Shadcn and Tailwindcss;;
  • Experience with GIT and branching workflows;
  • Familiar with unit testing, and integration testing;
  • English: Intermediate Strong.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex, modern client-side experiences using React.JS, JavaScript, TypeScript;
  • Lead development on a small, agile, cross-functional development team to deliver high-quality features;
  • Create, modify, develop and implement complex software functionality, applications, and services based upon requirements and architectural design;
  • Implement new features, evolve existing ones, and fix bugs, delivering performant, testable, maintainable, high-quality code;
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, design patterns and coding standards across the team;
  • Collaborate with other team members and with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies;
  • Participate in, and potentially lead, estimation and planning sessions;
  • Conduct technical interviews for front-end engineers;
  • Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication and mentorship.
