Our client aimed to disrupt the logistics industry by providing eCommerce brands with an economical 2-day or less delivery solution. Their subsidiary company, a logistics provider, added value to the project by offering one-stop business delivery services. With our strategic partnerships and expertise, we were poised to transform the logistics landscape and cater to renowned brands like Victoria’s Secret, Puma, Best Buy, and Adore Me.

This project marked the second of our three engagements with this client, demonstrating a longstanding partnership of over 2.5 years. The first project involved developing a data pipeline, while the third project focused on creating the client’s own delivery service. This long-term collaboration showcased Geniusee’s ability to deliver consistent value and adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.

The project’s primary objective was to streamline the user flow, enabling seamless order processing from online shops to warehouses and subsequent delivery. This involved in-app user authorization, verification with the client’s internal systems, data synchronization, and integration with a wide range of postal agents, including UPS and FedEx. Geniusee’s expertise in IoT integrations played a crucial role in connecting and optimizing robotic services at warehouses, enabling efficient order fulfillment and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

  1. Project management. Geniusee’s project management team was vital for ensuring the successful delivery of the services. The project manager oversaw the entire project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and communication. Employing effective project management methodologies, we facilitated seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, maintained clear communication channels with the client, and ensured that the project’s milestones were met within the set timelines.

  2. Business analysis. Geniusee’s business analysts conducted an in-depth analysis to understand the client’s requirements, objectives, and business processes. Our specialists gathered and documented project specifications, identified potential challenges, and proposed suitable solutions. By collaborating closely with the client, stakeholders, and the development team, the business analysts ensured that the project goals were aligned with the client’s business objectives.

  3. Front-end development. The front-end development team at Geniusee focused on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications. Our developers collaborated closely with the client’s design team to implement the UI/UX elements, ensuring a seamless user experience. Using modern front-end technologies and frameworks, we transformed design mockups into functional and responsive interfaces.

  4. Back-end development. Geniusee’s back-end development team built the robust server-side infrastructure and logic that powered the applications. We developed scalable and efficient back-end architectures based on microservices. We integrated it with databases, implemented business logic, and ensured data security and integrity.
