What do you need:
● 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python web development (strong preference for Flask or FastAPI).
● Profound knowledge of SQLAlchemy and experience with API extensions (e.g., ORM, RESTful design).
● Proven experience working with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
● Practical experience with GCP (Cloud Run, Tasks, Storage) and AWS (S3, Lambda, SQS).
● Strong background in building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and microservices architecture.
● Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit/integration testing).
● Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
● English: Upper-intermediate level (ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed international team).
Nice to have:
● Familiarity with Connexion (OpenAPI) and Alembic for database migrations.
● Experience with GCP Document AI.
● Experience setting up or maintaining GitHub Actions workflows and working with AWS ECS/Fargate.
● Experience integrating Authentication platforms (e.g., Stytch) and Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, WorldPay).
● Experience with asynchronous frameworks or libraries (FastAPI, Gevent).
