Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in IT Project Management 2+ year;
  • Upper-Intermediate English;
  • Presales/Discovery experience;
  • Portfolio Managment experience;
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • High level of self-organization and result-oriented mindset;
  • Familiarity with common project management tools and software;
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong self-management and ability to work in dynamic conditions;

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, setting goals, tasks, and the scope of work;
  • Manage expectations, handle basic negotiation topics, and maintain healthy relationships;
  • Participate in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and status updates;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders;
  • Control project tasks, track impediments, and help create action plans;
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports;
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to ensure transparent processes;
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and communications with stakeholders;
  • Help measure key project metrics and report performance indicators;
  • Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies in practical project scenarios;
  • Problem-solving, task prioritization, and expectation management;
  • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation;
  • Support the development and delivery of project presentations and proposals;
  • Provide regular project updates and other reports;
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities;
  • Implement change and risk management processes and strategies.
