About the project:
Internal AI & automation enablement and client-facing consulting initiatives within Fintech, Insurance, and other domains. The role combines internal process automation for Geniusee and delivery of AI-driven solutions for external clients using n8n or other low-code platforms.

What do you need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, API keys)
  • Experience with at least one Python web framework (FastAPI or Flask preferred)
  • Practical experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and basic knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB is a plus)
  • Experience working with external APIs and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP – basic usage level)
  • Experience working with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or similar)
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, and basic RAG concepts
  • Basic understanding of Docker and Git
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier – at least one)
  • Understanding of clean code principles and writing maintainable, testable code
  • Solid problem-solving skills and structured thinking
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions
  • English: Upper-Intermediate level (ability to communicate with international clients and participate in solution discussions)

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma – basic level)
  • Basic knowledge of scikit-learn or other ML libraries
  • Experience building PoCs or MVPs for AI-related use cases
  • Experience with webhooks and asynchronous processing
  • Understanding of microservices architecture concepts
  • Experience participating in pre-sales or technical estimations
  • Understanding of data processing using Pandas / NumPy
  • Interest in consulting career path and AI-driven transformation projects
